Insulation       :     Polyethylene (PE) or Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC)

                 Nominal thickness     : 0.4 mm

                 Dia. over insulation    : 1.73 mm

Cores            :     Twisted pairs, 40-50 mm lay. Colour coded

                           Communication Wires if necessary

 

Screen           :     Polyester Tape Wrap

                 Drain Wire of 0.5 mm˛

                 Layer of Poly-Al. Tape

                 L ayer of polyester Tape

Outer Sheath  :     PVC

 

    NOTE:     i) Similar construction for other conductor sizes like 0.75mm˛, 1.5mm˛, and 2.5mm˛
